Program Curriculum

The Azm Global Leaders Fellowship combines two powerful pillars: deep engagement with Islamic civilization and world-class leadership development. Together, they equip fellows with the knowledge, skills, and ethical grounding to lead in a complex, interconnected world.

Leadership & Management

Engaging in critical thinking and effective communication fosters innovation, and applying design thinking improves the capacity to tackle complex challenges.

Conflict Resolution

Enhancing decision-making skills and effectively resolving conflicts in intricate geopolitical challenges.

Cultural Competency

A curriculum showcasing the diversity and beauty of Islamic civilization through history, philosophy, culture, values, and global contributions in order to build insight and counter Islamophobia.

Leaders who complete this fellowship develop four core capabilities:

Inner Compass

Leaders who know who they are and stay steady when things get tough. They make decisions guided by values—not ego, fear, or pressure.

Relational Presence

Leaders who listen well, speak clearly, and earn trust. They create teams where people speak up early and problems don’t get buried.

Clear Thinking

Leaders who cut through noise, frame the real problem, and make smart trade-offs. Fewer assumptions. Better judgment.

Action Orientation

Leaders who follow through. They turn intent into results, manage resources responsibly, and scale impact without losing what matters.
